I can't recommend going back to music players - like lossless flac players etc - enough.

Headphone jacks. Micro SD slots. Rip all your CDs (which you can find secondhand or find ethical sources for downloads on musician-owned websites) at full quality with open-source software (you will need a disc drive because SURPRISE THEY DON'T COME AS STANDARD ANYMORE). Then, yours forever. No data tracking. No fucking ads.

*Microsoft and Apple etc releasing the first home computers waaaay prior to this don't get off scot-free either; but at least we had decades of a majority increase in creativity from that - it wasn't an immediate downturn into a 20 year slide into mediocrity like it was with smart phones.
