Valko is likely Rafayel's counterpart. Here's why.

Transformative: Rafayel and Valko are both transformative species. Rafayel transforms into a merman, for lack of a better term. We can assume Valko transforms into a wolf as he is depicted as a werewolf.

Folklore: Rafayel and Valko's species are connected to common folklore.

Evols: Both Rafayel and Valko's evols fundamentaly contradict their nature! In Rafayel's case, his fire evol contradicts his water-based nature. In Valko's case, metal contradicts his werewolf nature as silver is known as a werewolf's greatest weakness.

Leader: Rafayel is the Sea God, which makes him a defacto leader of the Lemurian people. Valko seems to be the head of his werewolf clan, the extent of which is currently unclear.

Appearance: Both men have distinctly colored hair, contrasting the other LIs more or less "natural" hair colors.

Special intrest?: Rafayel's publicly known work is in art, Valko's publicly known work is with a technology company. It is entirely possible Valko's intrest in technology go farther than business, as his opening myth scene pictures him with some sort of a metal muzzle/snout that looks to be a piece of tech. If this is the case, Rafayel and Valko's special (possible) interests are diametric opposites
