Salam, since you're Iraqi would you know if you're allowed to wear makeup in the harams in either Najaf or Karbala or do the same rules as Muharum apply where nothing is allowed and they will have you wipe off even concealer or tinted lip balm. Thanks
i have no idea when you asked this but i hope im not too late. minimal makeup is okay. i generally wear concealer that blends well with my skin and even a thin line of eyeliner everywhere i go and that never was a problem in any shrine i visited.
