I wish I had known about 'To Write Love On Her Arms.' in 2014/2015. I am grateful it appeared in my life when it did. And we are ever so lucky it still exists today.

50 percent of proceeds that are made from one of my books I wrote called 'The Ballad of Candybomb & Grief' are donated to TWLOHA. The other 50 percent goes to Born This Way Foundation.

I am saddened to learn the passing of author Koji Suzuki. I hope, hope, HOPE he finds a deserving audience for his amazing body of work.

I also hope we get a chance to see 'Tide' get an English translation.

Favorite albums of the year.

I probably listened to the new Dream Theater more than anything else this year. I also really like the new Florence + the Machine album.

I don’t have Spotify, but if I did - Ice Nine Kills would probably be around the top band(s) I've played in the second half of the year. By a recommendation of a peer at work, I fell into a deep, dark rabbit hole. Not a band I would typically get into. But 'The Silver Scream' albums were played on repeat in my car and on vinyl. Ozzy/Black Sabbath was also heavily played over the summer for obvious reasons. :'(
