Something inside me learned

how to open

without asking permission.

Not a hand,

a pressure.

Not a voice,

a low frequency

that settles between my thighs

and tells my spine to listen.

I have been fluent in taking.

In mouths, in hips, in the theater of control.

Women taught me multiplicity,

how to split pleasure until it sings.

Men taught me force,

how weight can become language.

But this is neither.

This is gravity discovering me.

My dominance does not vanish,

it liquefies.

Runs dark and warm

down the inside of my body

until command becomes sensation

and sensation becomes law.

Submission enters

like a bruise I welcome.

Like silk drawn slow

over sharpened nerve.

I feel myself arrive

by giving up the need to stand.

There is something obscene

about how steady it makes me.

How my hunger organizes itself

around stillness.

How my body kneels

without a floor.
