So... uh... how does blood taste?

Hello!! Thank you for the ask! (Sorry if you wanted to ask this to a character, I tried to format it with a character in mind but it simply wasn’t working😭 forgive me)

The taste of blood honestly depends on the vampire along with the human’s blood type (but no one knows what blood types are in the AU so they just think certain humans taste a certain way). Sometimes it can be sweet, sometimes it can be savory, spicy, salty, etc… maybe even a mix of all! Each vampire does have their own preferences of course, but you can’t be picky with what you get in the end.
