after way too much time, kibaino week is finally happening again.

people seemed to agree that july 12 to july 18 would be the best time for it, so it’ll be kicking off tuesday, july 12. any sort of media is accepted: fanfiction, fanart, gifsets, playlists, etc. this is primarily a week meant to celebrate kibaino, so whatever your talents lie in, bring it to the table! also a point to note: while i did use prompts, they’re meant as guidelines; if you can link your work to the prompt for the day, that’s great, but it’s not necessary. all entries will be reblogged by this blog. there’s only one admin this time around ( queenino ) so please be patient; i’ll get around to them, promise. a few rules do apply, though they’re fairly basic:

no plagiarization/reposting. if it’s not your own original work, don’t post it.

don’t be rude about others’ work. no matter how you feel about it.

tag your work appropriately. if it’s nsfw, that’s fine; please make sure it’s tagged as such and, if possible, under a read more with a warning.

also, to make it easier to find works in order to reblog them here on the blog, please include the tag #kibainoweek in the first five tags on your entry! thank you all, and if you have any questions, please direct them to the askbox.

hi! i got swamped by finals/graduation stuff so had to put kibaino week on hold for a bit, but now i’m free ( til august rolls around at least ) and ready to roll. i have prompts sorted ( they’re up now on the blog, if you’d like to look; also, if there’s one you really wanted, but it’s not there, shoot me a message and i can probably help you out ), but the problem i face now is when to have it. what would be perfect imo is to begin it on kiba’s birthday, July 7, but i had doubts about people being able to prepare on such short notice, esp. artists, and when i asked a friend she agreed it might not be enough warning; so, i put together this strawpoll, and even if you only maybe possibly will be able to participate, i’d appreciate it very very much if you could take a moment to go and vote for a week! thank you thank you so much, && i love you guys. thanks for sticking around because getting to kibaino week has honestly been a wild ride

hello hello so i don’t know if people really pay attention to this tag a whole lot anymore, but i hope so because i really do want this to happen. kibaino week tried to happen last year and failed ( my fault. so my fault. i apologize. ) but i’m back now and, really, i’d love to have it happen again. there was quite a bit of interest when i made a post like this last year so i’m hoping people still have that. so:

one— is there interest/motivation enough to have this happening? really, i’d love to have it happen again, but i know the fandom has really shrunk, so. if there’s, maybe, like, ten people interested?? i don’t know but whatever. if there’s one person ( aside from me. ) interested then we can get this off the ground, i think. probably. just like this, i suppose.

two— assuming that interest is there, when would people be wanting this to happen? summer’s coming up soon-ish, which, for most people, means more free time. but also, it’s april, which for a lot of people also means finals coming up. so anyone have any timing ideas?

three— let us imagine, for a moment, that we have both interest and a good time for this to happen. we need seven themes, one for each day. i’d be so, so, SO appreciative if you could donate a minute or two to think about it, then throw that idea into the answer box below or into kibainoweek‘s ask.

ink flowers; chapter two So, okay. There’s this tattoo parlor that’s just opened up next to Ino’s flower shop. Now, normally, this wouldn’t be an issue; it’d just be another store. But the owner (who’s kinda ridiculously hot) keeps interrupting her work in various ways, and her best friend is trying extremely hard to set her up with him, and, really, it’s all very irritating.  —KibaIno, modern!AU.
