[ Silas jumped a bit as Nyl grabbed his sleeve. This... This was definitely out of character for them. They must've really wanted to talk to Silas. He listened to their words carefully.
Silas was being... unfair. Selfish, even. There were many things about Nyl that Silas liked, but Silas especially loved this part of Nyl. The part of Nyl that brought out his more gentle, softer side. If he wanted to leave Nyl, if he even thought about it, the least he could do was tell them about what happened to Nyl, Bolte, and him.
He thought about it for what seemed like forever. Letting out an exasperated noise and a loud "ugh", he finally came to a decision. ]
Don't worry about that kinda stuff, alright? You could never be selfish. You're not that type of person. Shoot, I don't think you could ever become that type of person. You're too sweet, y'know? You're a good person, unlike me.
Listen, I don't mind talking about your past and all that it's just... Promise me you won't get mad at me, okay? A lot of stuff went down since you and Bolte kicked the bucket. I already feel enough guilt.
Oh! Oh, right, right. I forgot to introduce myself. Sorry 'bout that. I'm... Silas. I'm Silas Misko, your past soul mate. It's... It's nice to meet you again, I guess.
[ Silas shifted uncomfortably. This wasn't a good place to chat at all. A dark parking lot in the middle of the night wasn't exactly and ideal place to have a heart-to-heart with Nyl about their past. Silas' home would be much better. It was warm, it was comfortable, and Nyl's rabbits were there. It was the perfect place. ]
[ He spoke nervously, trying to hide the shakiness in his voice. Loosening the grip Nyl held on his jacket, he held their hand in his, giving it a gentle squeeze. God. He missed this. He missed being with Nyl like this. Silas wished circumstances were different though. ]
Let's talk about this somewhere else, alright? My place is a lot better than this dump.
