I saw something that kinda gave me the encouragement to talk about this so I will use proper cws, so caution and trigger warning for:

grooming

a lot of people online don't know what grooming IS. an adult talking to a kid once is not that. you have to understand that grooming is more than talking to someone underage, and that it doesn't happen to minors only. it can also happen to young adults too, which is something I never see people talk about.

it's when someone who's in a bigger position of power, builds a relationship with someone who is already vulnerable, and continuously pushes the boundaries of the victim who they know has trouble saying no. that victim's comfort is pushed to the point they become blinded by their groomer's sexual advances especially when the two are insolated.
