There was not much that Mother Nature was unaware of. She knew of every creature of every inch of the planet, when the winds would change and blow without her assistance, pinpoint any person in the world and know all about them.

And yet, not this one. This child was unfamiliar to her. And somehow she was certain this was no ordinary human child. She sensed a strange power in him not native to this world.

“What is your name, boy?”

Loki felt the earth shift under his small feet and the air almost thickening. It must be he master of Midgard that was approaching him. Not that Loki was much of a threat with his weakened powers from being reborn. Loki turned to look at the woman behind him. Ah, yes. It was indeed who he thought it was. He smiled at Mother Nature. "Loki. Loki Odinson."

Loki smiled and shook his head. “No, you haven’t showed me around this… Burgess of yours. Why, is it a really big city with lots of cool stuff? Or is it one of those cute little villages?” He bounced a little bit on his tippy toes.

“Well then, time to change that, don’t you think?” Jack asked with a grin, before shrugging at Loki’s question. “It actually used to be a pretty small village. Now it’s just your average sized town, though it’s big to me, since it wasn’t this size when I—” Jack trailed off, and then he abruptly changed the subject. “Anyway, let’s get this tour started, shall we? And when we’re done, maybe we’ll have a little time left for a snowball fight,” Jack grinned.

Loki stared and blinked at Jack with curiosity shining in his eyes, but he smiled and nodded. "Okay! Sounds like fun!" He let out a short laugh.
