y’all’s brother ever threaten to overdose on fucking melatonin during his required family therapy sessions- have his therapist report it by law- have like 30 doctors walk in and figure shit out- then get put in a hospital camp thing ā hour away from your home?-

this has been keeping me up at night-

sometimes you have good sleep, sometimes not good sleep right?

nightmare = bad sleep; good dream = good sleep, mostly

But if nightmares are thought of with red, black, dark things and hell

and good dreams are thought of with blue, yellow, white, gold, Bright, heaven

but dark environments with red lights help you sleep better,

and bright and blue lights messes up your brain when trying to sleep-

should I be getting better sleep when I have nightmares-

This genuinely confuses me-

is this possibly why some people can sleep after horror movies and some can’t?
