i think the usa definitely went further than anyone thought we could, you know? especially with having some of the games over there in la, it probably totally motivated them to go even harder. you always wanna give your best but doing it in your hometown you grew up in, is always a whole other thing. oh yeah, that makes sense! with the watch parties, do you have any funny superstitions? things you have to eat every time (for luck), lucky jerseys, lucky socks? oh for sure, it was a good run. everyone played their hearts out, it's a tough sport. yeah hometown games, will, well always hit home. oh yeah, i usually always make sure i have my jersey ready for the game. it's got it's own special place in my closet, i'm trying to get jack into hockey too. he's still a little small, but i started at pretty young, not getting into a minor league until i was about 9, music is more my thing however. right now he's obsessed with sharks, being outside and this little slide i built him. i think we'll be going for sharks this time around, with lots of slide time.

Totally terrible, man. I spent the past few months following my team winning the NBA playoffs. Now I don't know what to do with myself. Life just isn't the same anymore. Even the excitement of the World Cup isn't the same.
