2019 goal was to draw at least one big picture a month. Didn’t quite meet that goal and after July is a bit fudged. But I’m happy enough with what I was able to make all things considering. I want to have an even better spread for 2020.

There's always been parts of the Dandy cut I wasn't a fan of, namely the tail and midcut, so I fixed them to what I'd prefer. Also changed the ears because I forgot to look at a ref but I like the striped tie shape a bit better.

I thought it’d be cool to see me try to narrow down some of my fav Pokémon with loose sketches and how I go from sketch to final lineart. Araquanid changed the most for the better. I really enjoyed using a lot of black for this one.

I really like this page in my sketchbook! I wanted to use my new micron brush pen and I had a lot of fun with this. Wish I could have found my dying brush pen though, it’s great for dry brushing shines and would’ve looked great on Eelektross but oh well.

Tried to narrow down some favorites for a team (still not sure if these are the top 6 for me considering I had like 40+ to start and probably more to come with 8th gen next year), but I love these babies a lot.
