I am FURIOUS. I am absolutely FURIOUS that someone in this fandom feels that it’s okay to make triggered jokes, ESPECIALLY when that person has chosen an OTA for themselves that is supposed to represent an abusive relationship. I have triggers. I know other OTA mods who have triggers. You need to STOP. THIS. BULLSHIT. Please be considerate of other human beings. I’m sure it’s possible for you to figure out how to be funny without making fun of other people’s real pain. Doing that doesn’t make you funny, it just makes you an asshole. Don’t tell us to ignore it, either. There is not a DAY in my life that I’ve gone without thinking about my trauma, and you are making fun of it, throwing it around lightly.
