Insidious 2

      I went to see this movies in theaters a couple weeks ago. I loved the first movie and thought that one was really cool, but this one to me is better! Because it did something no other american horror movie as ever done.. it scared the crap out of me.

      Normally it's Asian horror films that gives me the creeps. But, this one did the trick to. Because, like Asian horrors, it has pissed off dead people in it. Ghosts, spirits, demons, and things like that are the only thing that can scare me in movies. Well, I thought only those until this movie. I found out I don't like darkness either lol. You'll see what I mean if you watch this.

      You find out alot about the father's past in this one which strongly connects to why he and his son are the way they are. This movie is a mind puzzle and did I mention it scared the crap out of me?

      The above picture is actually the part that scared me the most. In the scene, three of the characters are standing in this room watching a scene from the past. This lady in the picture is very messed up and was screaming at the boy. But, suddenly she noticed them three standing there watching and she points at them while her face starts to change. ::shutters::       I would also like to mention, it has a couple 'Captain Howdy" moments where the dead's face just popped randomly on the screen and made me jump.. not very nice.

     I will end up buying this one like the last one, but it will most likely be hidden like the Ring movies, cause that movie scares me to lol. (based off the Asian movies)

Plush

      Sex. Drugs. Rock & Roll. You'll totally get alot of those in this movie. It follows a young rock singer who has a perfect rock life with her close brother, the lead guitarist.

      She meets a reporter, which she falls in love with quickly and leaves her brother to himself. When they both start living different lives, she gets married and has kids. and her brother dies..

      They get a new guitar player quick. A guy to which makes it clear fast his sexual intentions with her. All the while her husband is doing reports on a series of murders.

      I very much loved this movie. There were many parts of it that shocked me into the very end. I loved all the characters, the plot, and the ending. Which the endings mean alot to me cause that's what makes up the movie sometimes.

      My only problem with it was all the sex. I get why, but that much in movies bore me. They don't have to show every single time she has sex. But, I love this film and I plan on buying it :).

Spring Breakers

      Wooo party movie! You like boobs? You like girls in bikinis? You like James Franco? Good, cause those are about the only three things you'll like in this crappy ass movie.

      First, let me tell you what it's about. Four teenage girls really want to get away from their small town and live life completely free from everything. So, they do some illegal acts to get some money to go to spring break.

When they get there, they party hard. So hard the end up in jail. And who is there to bail them out? Riff Raff wanna be Jame Franco's character Alien.

      If you actually want to watch this, I really can't say anymore about the film, but I will tell you what's wrong with it in a list. Woo list!

1. The film dragged on every scene. Every single event the happened in the movie also came with slow motion parts that lasted three minutes each.

2. It did flashbacks to parts they slowed like 15 minutes before them to the point that it was very repetitious.

3. This may be a bit unfair on my part, but they ruined Hannah! I'm a big Pretty Little Liars fan. I know she can do whatever she wants but I can do without seeing half the stuff she did in that movie. I think it ruined the actress for me.

4. If you plan on sticking around til the end like I did, DON'T DO IT. Giant waste of time cause it has no ending at all. None, not one tiny little bit.

^that part may look cool in the pic, but that's a boring slow motion part. Whoever edited this movie sucks bad. I hope it wasn't Franco cause I like him lol. (Don't quite your day job).

      The only good thing about this movie was James Franco and for that, only he gets a star.

Thirteen (Re-watch)

      I saw this movie the year it came out, ten years ago. And it instantly became one of my fave movies of all time. If you didn't watch it before you must! Especially if you love teenage issue movies like I do but don't want a lame lifetime movie that doesn't really dig into the problems like this one does.

      This film is about a teenage girl named Tracy that just started in Highschool and realizes it's a grown up world and in order to make it, she has to shed her preteen image and build a new one. She quickly befriends a girl name Evie that is a very popular bad girl at the school.

      With alot of drugs, stealing, and self loathe this movie has at least one thing every women can relate to from their teenage memories. I think the biggest thing that stands out in this movie was the cutting. It was something very real that shows Tracy's breaking point.

   This film has alot of twist and turns that never die even after you watch it 500 times like me. This will always be on my watch again list :)

The Croods

      Cave men are boring. They just grunt, kill things, and eat. But, the movie The Croods shows them in a different light. This is a story about a teenage cave girl and her family trying to stay safe in the wild world.

      One day she decides she is going to leave the cave and ends up running into another teenager, a boy, that tells her the world is about to end. And that basically starts the adventure of them walking a long scary trail to find a better place.

      They run into a lot of new friends and enemies on the way. And struggle with problems modern families like us can relate to. This movie is pact with comedy making me and my parents laugh the whole way through.

      The teenagers also give it a love story, that surprised me to be quite beautiful. Showing she's not perfect and her family is kind of unbearable, but he still loves her. Overall, this was a funny lovable movie and I'll most like watch it again with my nephew.

The Bling Ring

      Do you like teenage drama? You like celebrities? You like heroine? Okay scratch the last one. Then you'll love this movie. It's based off a true story about a small group of teens that build a close friendship stealing, partying, and creating mayhem inside famous people's houses.

      Stealing millions of dollars in stuff, including over 3 million dollars in stuff from Paris Hilton, this movie is beyond belief. Alot of the scenes take place in Paris's real house to make it seem more realistic.

      Though it's drama, it's very fast pace. I was surprised by all the drug use in it but after I read alot more the real Bling Ring after, I'm not surprised at all. It has proven some of the movie is untrue, alot is he said she said cause alot of the teens involve have very different stories. Emma Watson's character's real person denies basically all of it and says that movie is trashy and untrue. But, she's a bitch anyways so no one cares what she thinks.

      So, if you think movies like the Vampire Clan or Mean Girls, this is pretty much the love child of those. I very much enjoy watching it and some part I was shocked by and did this face :O. I will be watching this again pretty soon.
