then there’s this line also by half light that mentions fiery dismemberment and sounds very ignus-like maybe harry has one living in his brain

the thing about ignus is that to me he’s like the Ur-Fury, the prototype of the skill voices, so this whole thing harry has got going on where his skills talk to him may be akin to whatever zigi has got going on that lets him have this ignus tulpa. if not lore-wise, at least thematically

when harry's name should be deep gold and orange, like a forest fire looming and smelling of liquor, like a tequila sunset because it's too late and sunrise is long gone, but the longer you spend with kim you see the same fire reflected in his glasses turning them golden, he wears an orange jacket and when you wake up for second time still alive the first thing he says to you is *sunrise* parabellum, sunrise prepare-for-war, because it is not too late and him being there proves it

thinking about the pain threshold portrait which depicts a human with multiple stakes driven through their body, seemingly to see how much they can take, and harry trying to reach dora by hurting himself as it would be hurting her. then ignus nilsen putting thousands of people to the stake after mazov shot himself, yes to not get shot in his own right, but also as revenge against the treacherous world, the use of “excess” and “obscene” to describe his rampage…..

thinking about the timeline discrepancy between when dobreva and abadanaiz are supposed to be found and people like harry and the student communists knowing about it in advance, i believe it could possibly have to do with them walking into the sea when they took the poison and encountering a killer wave or pale-related phenomena, causing them to drown and be deposited on the beach while embracing. since we know that the pale can retain information from the past and make “ghosts” and the existence of killer waves allow a person caught up in it to essentially project their memories into the pale, there could be some sort of record being left behind and seeping in through the swallow in martinaise even before their skeletons are discovered on the beach on the ozonnes. that compounded with existing rumors since not everyone would believe they shot themselves, i also wonder about the color seeping back into the black and white of history when ulv is self-chilling and playing the comte’s music into the pale since his compositions are also described as waves
