" Charles is the owner of a tavern, tucked away in the woodlands. He cooks soup for his guests, takes care of their horses and enjoys the simplicity of his daily life.
That is until a group of warriors, led by Max Verstappen, is forced to seek refuge from a snowstorm in the tavern.
Following a series of enigmatic events, the two of them find themselves on a dangerous journey together.
Max deals with the burden of inherited land, whilst Charles attempts to decipher between his religion and his attraction to Max.
And there are only so many ways to keep oneself warm in the freezing winter... "
