HELLO. i know many many things are going on the in the world at once but the police attacked A TEN YEAR OLD GIRL with TEAR GAS here in Argentina. our president vetoed a law that was going to raise pensions (which are so low that they're not even good enough to pay for rent) so they decided to hurt people that decided to protest.

where are old ppl supposed to live??? we don't know. how are they supposed to eat?? they simply do not care. Milei's government is fucking people up. They are not only ruining our ecomony but also selling our entire country to elon musk and whoever else has the fucking money. this is what extreme economic neoliberalism does and what libertarianism does. fuck milei and whoever supports him.

i don't even think this is useful but please i need the world to know that police in argentina is disregarding people's human rights right this second

and sorry to keep going but i simply cannot shut up about this. the president's spokesman literally threatened everyone before the protest started. he said 'you guys know what will happen if you come' LIKE ??????? motherfuckerrrrrr. the money pensioners get is not even enough to cover rent. they also reduced the amount of medicine being given for free to pensioners. they're actively killing them. people have started purchasing less medicine for their illnesses but not because they're suddenly cured!!!! just because they can't afford them. i am so heartbroken. poverty is at 52%, people are struggling!!!! they do everything in the name of 'saving money' but suddenly when it comes to hurting people at demonstrations and protests it doesn't seem like they care about wasting money huh suddenly we have enough for guns, for tear gas, enough to pay a bunch of policemen etc etc
