reminder that this blog, while not politically focused, supports BLM. bootlickers and racists aren’t welcome here, and never will be.
For the final djinni critter from Golden Sun, Mercury, I thought I’d try rigging a build in Harmony. Rough Keys stage. Need to fine tune them and add more break downs. Doing all the water animation will be interesting. Wish me luck.
you were meant to see this post. this post showed up on your screen for a reason. you are loved. whatever issue you may be going through right now, whether it be school or family or love, it will pass. it will pass, and you will be okay in the end. you will survive this.

If you’re bored and enjoy looking through old primary documents while contributing to human knowledge, consider volunteering to help transcribe the Smithsonian’s digital collection of journals, notebooks, and papers.
Right now many of the projects are on women scientists’ letters and notes, but they’re always adding more documents and looking for new volunteers :)
Here’s some other ongoing volunteer citizen science transcription projects if the Smithsonian document queue is low (sorry in advance that these are American-centric, I learned about them all while working in DC on EMMO):
- The National Archives: This has everything: historic newspapers, media, letters, military reports, telegrams, propaganda documents…
- The Library of Congress: Letters and legal documents
- Paper of the War Department: A project transcribing the early US military history records, from 1784 - 1800
Special Projects:
- Newberry American Letters Project: Letters and diaries from the 19th century
- Last Seen/Information Wanted: A project examining post-Civil War America newspaper ads where former slaves used the “information wanted” announcements to search for their separated family members and friends. One of my favorite ongoing historical research projects.
- The Virginia History Collection: letters and documents mostly related to social and political movements in VA history.
- Folgerpedia has a list of citizen science transcription projects. Many of them are complete, but a few are still asking for volunteers.

Zelda island tunes for Animal Crossing
So I finally unlocked the Town Hall today in NH. I figured I’d try my hand at making a few LoZ island tunes. Most of the ones I’ve seen online are the OOT ocarina songs so I figured I’d try some ones I haven’t really seen before (and some of my personal favs):
Lorule Castle:
Dragon Roost Island (chorus section):
Stone Tower Temple:
Full Steam Ahead (Spirit Tracks overworld):
Mabe Village:
Ballad of The Goddess:
Molgera:
BOTW main theme:
IS SON BABY BRO!!
why don't straights understand that the sweet considerateness and tenderness of a first kiss starting with "can I kiss you?" far outweighs the 'passion' of someone just doing it without asking

The Navajo Nation and Hopi Reservation are extreme food deserts with only 9 g… Ethel Branch needs your support for Navajo & Hopi Families CO
“The Navajo Nation and Hopi Reservation are extreme food deserts with only 9 grocery stores on Navajo to serve some 180,000 people and only 1 grocery store on Hopi to serve some 3,000 people. These communities also have high numbers of elderly, diabetic, and cancer-afflicted (i.e., high risk) individuals. These communities could be devastated by coronavirus and COVID-19. We want to help these individuals, especially the elderly and families with children, to gain access to the food and water (1/3 of Navajo residents do not have running water) they will need to weather this pandemic. The need is so great. Navajo regularly has roughly 50% unemployment (most of the residents are elderly or children; those who can work often leave the Nation to find jobs), and Hopi seems very similar though I don’t yet know their stats. Families from both tribes were just hit hard financially by the closing of Navajo Generating Station. Hundreds of jobs were lost, and the tribes themselves have lost revenue that could be used to assist tribal members. Please give if you can. Our goal will be to help the elderly (especially those raising their grandchildren), single parents, and struggling families by helping them buy groceries, water, and health supplies, and by protecting them (and their vulnerable communities) from exposure by engaging volunteers to make the purchases and deliver them to a safe transfer location for the families.”
