Compass by disasterpiece. I think that's the name.
Even in my dream it appeared once. It always helps calm me down and ground myself.
We are the plantlings! Please water us!!
object show where humans and objects coexist in the same world. but not in like a bfdi way where the humans are stick figures . the humans are like real humans of earth and objects to them are like facinating little animals
human protag studying objectology and going out to do field research on an intriguing object social ritual known as a 'competition'
my vision
theyre like fairies or borrowers except its not like a secret that they exist they just hang out ans you see one and youre like oh! an object. they have their own society existing alongside humans but not really connected aside from occupying the same space. i dont know if they speak human languages i think theyd have their own language going on but they could learn .. or you could learn ... they show up in ur house or ur garden sometimes. they like to play games and frolick and you gotta be nice to them

One of the coolest part of object fandoms, be that solarballs or any other is probably how wildly creative one can go with humanization. We don't have anything even resembling 'canon' human form obviously, so everyone is only limited by their creativity, ideas and wishes. Two artists can have completely different designs for the same character and both will be just as accurate

YAYAY THANKK YOUUUU AS A TREAT YOU CAN HAVE MY DOODLES 🫶🫶🫶
it sucks that like half the scps about or relating to dinosaurs are all written by one guy who canonized that dinosaurs don’t have feathers in universe and birds aren’t dinosaurs entirely because he prefers that aesthetically. makes me irrationally pissed off ngl
Okay SCP fandom I have a random idea
One of those zoo management games like Zoo Tycoon 2 or Planet Zoo, except with SCP and their containment cells. You can decorate it however you want and each SCP have specific requirements for their cells. There's also a mood meter, and SCPs may breach if their mood gets too low or their enclosures are inadequate.
Plus you can give items to SCPs so y'all can finally give 096 a plushie /SILLY
Gomez from the game Fez.
Gomez from Fez, which I watched a walkthrough of this morning. Pretty cool guys, PRETTY COOL. I’d be awful at it though. I’m no good at puzzles.
For those of you unfamiliar with the game, it’s about this little guy called Gomez who lives in a world where it is common knowledge that the world is 2D. He gets visited by…cube aliens? And they give him a fez that allows him to view the entire world completely differently, allowing him to change the world’s angle by 90 degrees and allowing the un-viewed angles to sort of…compress. This allows a lot of interesting puzzles.
This appeals to me especially because it reminds me of how limited our ability to perceive the world is and how through our ever-evolving technology we make a vast amount of discoveries that radically change how we see the world and constantly remind us that there may be so much we have yet to discover and how inaccurate our current theories may be.
Playing Monument Valley made me think of Journey and Fez, so I made a little group picture of them all.
