#I feel like Rhiannon veers more and more towards solo #like it’s not a question of her talent she’s clearly solo artist material but she’s GRISPING onto the band as a coping mechanism #but she’s doing this for the band! allegedly.#trying to keep them together and like one big happy family after seven left to her detriment #and depending on any reveals it might be the final straw because it’s clear the others are being kind of sus around her at times #she got a little bitter too when Jazzy announced her departure like oh so any of these mfers could leave at any given time #so why am I bending over backwards to be the leader and be the glue #so the more the others give her pause and the more everyone insists she could be bigger solo the more she’s considering it #she’s a workhorse and takes it so seriously and the shine of ‘’lol we’re just friends doing what we love!’ has worn off #at least for her because she’s pushing herself to her limits to get through it and I think O is the only one who actually notices #which is very invalidating for her because what ha bout her friends!!!!#so yeah if something happens there’s a very good chance she has a freak out and says fuck you guys I’ve killed myself carrying you #catching strays left and right and STILL keeping them there and doing the job!#because let’s be real the band is good! but mc clearly has the lions share of the talent 👀

For Niamh and Chase, from the OC Ask Game - Relationships Edition! I'd love to know 3, 8, and 16! Though I'm making a rule that Chase isn't allowed to pick sex for the last one, lol!

3.It’s late at night and your characters want food, what do they order/find in the fridge? Niamh is a little fruit bat and keeps fresh fruit stocked up, usually something that’s easy to grab and go, as well as bread and hard cheese, but Chase is good at finding a late night hole in the wall that has like the best hand-pulled noodles and dumplings you’ve ever had in your life, which something like that would be right up Niamh’s alley if he brought it home at like 2 am for them.

8.Who does what chores, and why? Typing this up was so funny because Chase is such a City Kid and Niamh is not akjdjsj Niamh is definitely the green thumb between the two, so tending to whatever garden/outdoor space they may have, with the exception of like… cleaning the gutters which is definitely a Chase job. Niamh is also the one most interested and willing to make meals so I think Chase is almost exclusively cleanup/prep but I think one of the things Niamh takes on, after the reading is locked in, is reading recipes. I feel like he can do basics but is always going to want to go out or get some kind of take out if he’s in charge of meals. If living outside of the Shepherd’s compound, Chase would also want to outsource laundry services so it’s one less thing for both of them to worry about (I think they both got spoiled by the laundresses in the order and Chase is like ‘we’re helping local businesses😎’ ) He seems like he’s always happy to dust/mop/sweep (Swab the deck pirate boy!) while Niamh keeps things generally Tidy and Put Away. Chase just generally strikes me as a “whatever you don’t like doing I will do” so that’s a good basis of the division.

16. What would they consider quality time? Chase: “… oral se-" *is shot* They love to sit in a cafe or pub/restaurant (all the better if it’s facing a street or outside seating so it’s not weird that they’re sitting next to each other) and just people-watching and yapping. Niamh was a people watcher before Chase, so having a companion with running commentary and being able to just talk and split a meat and cheese plate until the place shuts down around them is a perfect time. Also I think they really get into reading together! Either the same or different books. She gets very chatty with Chase and will talk his ear off about nerd stuff while he happily listens! I think he likes to also just drop in to her office when she’s doing boring Commander Legate stuff and keep her company/distract her/bring her lunch or dinner. He offers massages and clarifies ‘Nothing untoward, your shoulders are just to your ears Sunshine’ and legitimately DOES help because she tends to get very tense….It can get r rated She loves live music so taking her out to see performers is always great and if he can get her dancing even better. She’s not a huge shopper (unless it’s books and also she probably would love a Fantasy Williams Sonoma type home goods store) but she doesn’t mind browsing stores with him and giving him feedback on clothes/having him pick something out for her. Honestly even stealing little moments counts.
