underrated moment in tdt is when ronan and gansey bring everyone to the barns to bury ronan's nightmare creature but forgot to procure a shovel so ronan turns to adam like 'hey genius any thoughts' and adam, running on zero hours of sleep and actively hallucinating is basically like 'barn? where shovels live?'

I really wanted to draw the whole squad again, something cute and fluffy... so summer evening naps it is. I also just finished the second book of the dreamer trilogy and even tho I'm so stoked to find out how it ends I'm also kinda sad that it's about to end soon:( I love this book series sooooo so so so much ❤️🩹

the raven cycle is great because it's main group is a ghost, three insanely powerful magicians, and then this rich kid serving unimaginable levels of cunt who really wants to find a dead body. Everybody wants to die for him
had to draw Gansey again because I remembered a canon detail in the series is that he has a favorite sweater and it's yellow...
the fun thing about having experienced the peak of my trc fandom days pre-trk is i remember pretty much NOTHING about trk. i have NOT read the dreamer trilogy. there's so much left to this universe that i love that i can experience AGAIN or FOR THE FIRST TIME. it's thrilling, i'm thriving.
gansey could walk up classically handsome and charming and shirtless and sweaty from rowing practice and adam (bisexual) would genuinely think "gansey is like a brother to me. that's how close we are. he's my brother." meanwhile gansey (heterosexual) will like watch adam snatch a flying beetle out of the air with two fingers for no reason and squint at it really close up with an eye twitching and be like "i think i may need him carnally"

i'm ngl i am conflicted about the choice to illustrate gansey with his glasses full time in the graphic novel. like i will be the first to say i am in love with his slutty little wireframes and have been for years BUT in the novels they're like the fine china you bring out for special occasions. i see a sleepy 3 am insomnia gansey appear and it's like OH a delightful little wireframes treat for me! if you are simply given the wireframes 24/7, you forget to cherish them yk
Gansey interrupting their valuable Yearning Time is sooo funny to me. That feeling when your two loyal knights I mean your two normal friends are sharing homoerotic glances but you’re LITERALLY on a quest together. Come on guys !!
