My favorite Organization death scene in 3 is absolutely Ansem’s, because it’s like he’s addressing the player.

He was the first Kingdom Hearts villain, and his death truly signified the end of this saga to me more than Master Xehanort’s did. Like Riku said, I’m gonna miss him.

It’s a strange feeling, he was the most persistent of the series’ villains, but he was also the most tired of the conflict, even he knew that it all became meaningless to him.

Even stranger is that while you know he was an asshole who caused much destruction to the worlds, you can’t help but feel some level of sympathy for a guy who very much thought he was just moving along a predetermined destiny.

It actually makes you think for a moment just how much he actually believed in his own grandiose speeches, and how much of it was just a coping mechanism for his utter indifference to it all.
