I was worried that this post would be a protest against these employers, and am pleasantly surprised that this is being promoted as a positive.

Many, many people are either wrongfully convicted, or grossly overcharged due to mandatory minimums in drug possession, minor crimes, and three-strike rules. Disproportionately, these sentences fall on people of color, especially poor people, and particularly black people. 

Prison is dehumanizing and deprives people of far more than their liberty. Individuals with a felony conviction, even once released, have trouble finding housing, jobs, income sources, etc., and society provides barely any aid or recourse. Bless these employers for going against the tide and helping change a brutally unjust system. 

All of the people subjected to the brutality of the American criminal justice system deserve the chance to rebuild their lives.

He was an activist who inspired millions to fight for their rights. He knew what was wrong with our country and risked his life to help his people achieve equality.  In the society where black were treated like animal he did everything possible to change this. His brave soul, his will and courage changed the history of America , changed the people. He made us believe we can win this war. He payed for it with his life. He will always be remembered.

Respecting his memory also means acknowledging that his fight is far from over, black people are facing the same issues that ha birth to the Black Panthers, and that the FBI is basically trying to launch COINTELPRO 2.0 against BLM and other black activists. Hampton should be more than a history lesson, he should be a rallying point.

It is not that Libra does not have anger, it is just that they hide their anger very well. Libra uses rational thought to mask the anger they are feeling on the inside.
