It is not normal at all to want to sleep 10+ hours a day

I am begging y'all if this is you to please try to get a formal sleep test.

Sleep disorder (sleep apnea, narcolepsy, etc.) are SUPER under-diagnosed and EXTREMELY common.

Especially if you have another physical disability.

There's a variety of treatment options available that aren't a machine for sleep apnea. For narcolepsy, there's medicine that actually helps deal with the source of the issue (Xyrem, Xywav, Wakix).

I have narcolepsy and ehler's danlos syndrome. I had symptoms showing at ages 10-14 but couldn't get a diagnosis until ages 26-27 because doctors didn't want to take me seriously. The medicine has been a LIFE SAVIOR.
