Here is the drawing of the Angel and the gang I mentioned wanting to make! It’s inspired by my own birthday art from last year, but I think this one turned out much better

Honestly, it’s a relief not to have a heart attack every time I make a color choice!

cause I don't know for sure if I like this coloring but I can just fix tht later if I don't like it after sleeping this one off.

I considered adding more intricate details, but I eventually decided that keeping it simple suited the two of them much better actually.

Christmas with Them (one day) (this year)

I'm late to the celebrations, but Happy Christmas and New Year's, everyone! Here's a small comic I made where the Goober (aka @star-pup01 's Angel) gave the gang some presents!

Poor Angel... hopefully next year will be better, eh?

OKOKOK, I’ve been so busy this week that I haven't even had the chance to read Chapter 13 yet, so I hope I haven't missed any new info! Because things are so hectic, I had to cut this comic into two parts (THAT’S RIGHT, THERE’S MORE!). Hopefully, Part 2 will be done just before New Year’s Eve.

Presents for the GANG! As I not-so-subtly asked our dear author over the past few days, I’ve been trying to figure out what kind of presents the Angel would give their friends.

Ralsei: Our fluffy boy! The Angel gifted him a full set of plushies of the whole gang. I figured since they never finished making them before the Roaring, the Angel secretly finished them to surprise Ralsei. I was so close to making the Angel’s plushie a heart-shaped pillow (the thought of Ralsei sleeping on it is so cute!), but the line art was already done. Maybe I’ll make that a separate drawing later.

Susie: Taking a cue from Star, I made the Angel gifting her a tool to help with her food insecurity. Basing this a bit on personal experience, I think a mini-fridge to keep food safe and fresh in her room would be a huge help for her.

Kris: Not only did the Angel give them a new sheath for their knife, but they got a whole bunch of new knives to go with it! (Ref included).

I feel like Kris would be surprised the Angel gave them anything at all, considering their friendship started out so "tainted" by the Knight, the possession, the sabotage... all that helped cause the Roaring *waves hand around* stuff. But I believe the Angel truly sees Kris as a friend. Giving them weapons is the Angel’s way of saying: "I trust you."

New half Headcanon/half theory just dropped

so 2 points:

I've headcanoned it for a while now that Gaster wants us to do this "experiment" of his as a test to see how much we can bend a universe's rules. Gaster, due to falling into his experiment, no longer exists, and the universe violently reacts to attempts to bring him back, like when we name ourselves after him. Whether this experiment is the way we bring him back, or a test run, doesn't necessarily matter. Gaster just wants us to not do the prophecy, the one that rings through time and space. Do that, and also not blow everything up, and we've successfully bent a universe's hard rules to do what we want, and therefore could do the same for him.

My own personal feelings for the weird route currently are that I really want it to be impossible to complete. Due to our time travel schtick, we really only deal in absolutes. If something can be done, we'll do it. I want to see the determination of Kris, Susie, whoever, outshine our cruel curiosity and our sick sense of sentimentality.

These 2 things combine into what I believe Gaster's role is in the story, which is to stop us. Not that he wants us to lose, but we need to be stopped for the purpose of the experiment. Bonus points if Gaster actually wrote the prophecy itself. Perhaps DEVICE_FRIEND is an agent of Gaster, who knows. Either way, Gaster wants us to succeed, cheers us on too, but his actions MUST be towards stopping us in any possible way, with all his might, otherwise the experiment is a bust.
