I couldn't have been more happy and more blessed to be on a private island for the 3rd time this year in the beautiful bahamas. I'm so incredibly flawed tonight... y'all know I'm more of a metal head, I almost flaked tonight, then since I was offered a ticket, I figured I'd miss a couple songs in the beginning then leave early... only to be given forum club access with free food, prime seats right by Grohls family, and saw special performances by Jack fuckin Black and Stevie fuckin Nicks... and the foo fighters just bring it, even after twenty years... this being my first time seeing them perform since 1998/99 in Sydney at the metro.... they brought tears to my eyes when they played their last track "everlong" which brought me back to a very influential time in my youth that i forgot they played a part in .... I have taken them for granted this whole time.... insane... this is why I live, this is why I'm here, this is why I love music. #foofighters #stevienicks #jackblack #theforum (at The Forum)

I just adore #lisastansfield and her husband #IanDevaney ... I'm going to miss these two while they're back in the UK but at least we have "Brixton Academy Stansfield Devaney" the bulldog guarding our bar until their return.... My little Gremlin gives me purpose... to have another life force depend on me for love, food, & health is the biggest honor to provide. It's true I rescued her, but she really rescued me! <3 #adoptdontshop @edlfoundation #ChihuahuaRescue

Here is the definition of a truly successful couple in Hollywood. I see this elderly couple every day, several times a day & night, walking their dog or watering their garden. She with her walker usually out waking her husband. It's really sweet to see how loving and supportive they have been to one another for goodness knows how many years. #love <3 (at Hollywood)

I was talking about this elderly couple down the street from me who water their yard and walk with each other late at night. Nice to know someone still loves me for all that I am and will become <3
