by reading 645 as mu-shi-go ishida’s intent was clearly arima thinking bug, GO!! which, in contrast to the first page of the chapter, means arima telling kaneki to please save himself and gtfo asap.

however, 646, the time where kaneki may have died finally, is of course a message of mu-shi-mu (虫無), which means “the bug doesn’t exist anymore”
