But the truth is, our story is not over yet.
We have lost everything, our home, our source of income, and the stability we once had. It feels like we are not just starting from zero, but trying to rise from below it.

Hades was born along his twin brother poseidon before getting eaten by their father. He looks identical to him same yellow eyes same hair. When Zeus frees him with his siblings, he joins the titonomachy & tries to catch up on his time with his siblings. After a few years the three brothers go against their father. Zeus gets distracted & as he is about to recieve a slash from chronos. Hades stands in front of the blow & gets his scar (chronos' scythe is one of the rare weapons that can permanently hurt gods) it doesn't just scar him, he also gets his life source absorbed. He looks older, but also every single time he sees his face he sees his father. After the war he hid it with a mask he barely removes, among all his brothers & sisters he is terrified of his father.

Today, our home has been destroyed, and we are living in a damaged tent after long months of displacement, fear, hunger, and loss.
My daughters spend their days standing in long lines for water and bread instead of living their childhood 𼺠My husband was also injured while trying to bring food for us during the famine.
