Absolutely remove the problem/threat. Kitai may be a ‘gentle giant’ at heart, but that heart is surrounded by a dragonsong war veteran who takes shit from absolutely no one.

The World in Reverse + The High Priestess
The World in Reverse: What is your character holding back?
A Lot. Kitai has been through some traumatizing events, she was sent on suicide missions numerous times, treated little better than fodder for knights. She has a lot of personal secrets about her, but there is one that is kept under lock and key that she hasn’t told anyone.
If it is learned you had better hope that you’re worth more to her than letting out that secret, because it is one she is VERY adamant about keeping.
The High Priestess: When has trusting their instincts paid off for your character?
Courting her husband. It’s frowned upon in Ishgardian society for soldiers to have romantic trysts while on active duty, and, while there is no legal pressure, there is plenty of societal pressure for Soldiers to be Soldiers and not People. She decided that any frustration would be worth the risk, and she has not a single day in her life regretted that decision.
