HOLY CRAP YOU GUYS GOT A LOT OF STUFF BACK - iOS has Battery Saver again - Fixed the throws problem in regards to exp - Haven’t seen if the capture rates have been fixed - Something is odd and new for tracking (beyond appearance) for a subset of users for testing reasons. Not sure what subset. I’ll try to tell y'all later if that includes mine. - Once you go over a specific speed, the app will ask you if you are the driver (no being what I hope y'all are) and will continue on it’s way after answering. (Likely testing today.) - A whole host of other things I haven’t seen yet.
Totally Lost, Places Linked to Totalitarian Regimes in Europe
Totally Lost is a is an open and evolving project: a photographic and video research throughout Europe to discover, survey and map the abandoned architectural heritage of the Totalitarian Regimes of the 20th century in Europe.
There are many buildings of great historical value which lie neglected all over Europe: institutional buildings, dwellings, monuments, bunkers, schools, etc. These places, once the ideologies that produced them disappeared, become the starting point of a visual research between architecture and memory, that investigates their relationship with the contemporary world.
Through the lenses of photographers, video makers and urban explorers Totally Lost aims at showing how these places represent fragments to be reconnected in a network of new meanings to give, new contents to generate and new potential to value. The path and the participation become very sense of the project and forces us not to close definitively with the past, but to understand how bring these places into the future.
Photographs and videos are like a filter, that lets us question ourselves about things still burdened by memory.

how do gyms even work on pokemon go, i havent battled at one yet but one second they’re red, then it immediately changes to blue, and then to yellow and like no mayter what color it is they have 3 trainers like… what even happens when you beat the gym, i watched my friend beat a gym and nothing happened, it didnt show his pokemon/trainer or change to instinct it just stayed the same
Well, this is actually kind of a fun thing.
First off, when a Gym is defeated by another team it becomes white/gray and anybody can pop in a Pokémon to take it over for their team. If you have two or three dedicated Trainers in the area, you may see a Gym rather rapidly switch between two or all three teams.
If you have more than one of your team in that area, they can put in a Pokémon each based on the open spaces of how high Level the Gym is.
But the thing you need to know is that, when challenging the Gym of a rival Team, Gyms have Levels, and you bring down the level of a Gym by fighting it a few times. So it’s possible your friend was tackling a higher level Gym.
A Gym’s Level is based on Prestige, basically Gym EXP, this is the point of Training at a Gym. You’re not training your Pokemon up by doing that, you’re leveling up the Gym itself for your Team, which opens up more spots for your Team Members to add in their Pokémon.
(Taking a Gym also nets you a pretty nice XP bonus.)
When you have a Pokémon at a Team Gym, you can’t use it to challenge or train at a Gym buuuuuut you get a free bonus once every 21 hours of PokéCoins and Stardust at the Shop. It’s called a Defender Bonus and it’s based on how many Pokémon you have at different Gyms.

I can’t entirely curb my excitement upon discovering that out of a WIDE range of Pokémon, this little one snuck their way into the house amid the bug types. But I digress, on to the analysis:
A stray Eevee is an interesting thing, as they (and many feral variations) are perfectly happy to stick rather closely to residential areas, even finding their way into enclosures and house to run off with food. (Or in most cases, charm their way into free things.)
It’s a cute and feisty little thing and it hurts me dearly that I lack a name for this little one at the time being. But I am certainly happy to have found another partner Pokémon along the way.
As for the evolutionary aspects, it seems I need to do more research into it, as our end lacks the general evolutionary stones to initiate a controlled evolution into a particular Eeveelution.

As I scrolled through this I thought "huh, this looks like a -you- kind of thread". I was correct.
The way that the opening monologe of Fallout 4 is, it’s sort of obvious that the male character was supposed to be the default character but that just makes it even more hilarious if you play as the female character because it’s like this big buff guy starts off a dramatic, movie by saying, “War. War never changes.” And talks about how everyone in his family fought in the war and how he fought in the war and will continue to fight to protect his land and the people he loves etc. etc. etc. But then like two minutes into the game, he ends up dying and then his wife is just like, “Okay, I guess it’s up to me.” And she gets all of these gadgets and weapons and armor and companions and is the one to ultimately be the hero (or the villain, depending on which ending you choose) and that’s just perfect.
#i know it’s completely unintentional and not remotely actually intentionally progressive #but the male gamer approved gruff stubbly white dude #dying two minutes in just to be replaced as the Hero by his sweet doting wife is hilarious to me #like sorry honey i’m too busy to be fridged #have to go fuck a ghoul and terrify the wasteland with my custom gun arsenal via @braddourifscareertrajectory
