I get a lot of questions about what running shoes to buy and what my favorite ones are, so I made a quick little chart of my favorite shoes and why I love them! :)
This is nice and all, but do they all come in all black or all white? I am not here for skittles colored shoes.

i think we could all use some calming cat right about now.
I have started putting fruit in water, ands its great. Doesn’t take two seconds to cut up a strawberry and throw it in - leave it for 5 mins and enjoy!

3oz red skin potato w/ 1/2 tbs olive oil & spices

2 servings taco salad

1/3 cup peanut butter

Starting weight: 200 lbs Dream weight: 120 lbs Current weight: 196 lbs
Side notes: I actually didn't notice it till I typed it out, but I seem to be eating less. Not less in the unhealthy way, but less in a way that when I'm not hungry, I don't eat. I feel kind of proud of that.

Side notes: Busy day, had no time to get on tumblr. Don't remember exacts, but my meal plan went something like this I think.

Honey BBQ chicken and a handful of french fries
Dinner:
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 banana
Starting weight: 200 lbs Dream weight: 120 lbs Current weight: 196 lbs Side notes: Slept in rather late today, so that breakfast was more like a late lunch.
