ive kind of been MIA from Tumblr lately. so much to catch up on. I will blog later. But I wanted to share my weigh in. i didnt have the best week, but the scale still cut me some slack. I am down .6 lbs to 379.4! I am ,4 away from my first 10lbs lost. Woot
alright so my weekend wasnt to great on eating. i had taco bell thursday and then my mom ordered us all pizza for dinner. then i had pizza for leftovers through friday. havent had water since thursday, as i drank some pop and lots of juice. I did however work out thursday morning. I dont remember if I had posted in here or not, but I did walk for 1.06 miles and do 35 crunches. I also tanned and then got badly burned on my stomach, so I didnt end up working out yesterday or today. But back in the gym tomorrow. I am nervous for mondays weigh in since my week really wasnt the best. But I haven't given up. :)

ple ase let yourself be proud of small things. pleas e do that. please allow yoursel f to get really excited about playing a video game well or sending an ask you were nervous about or letting a bug outside or peeling the whole orange in one try. sometimes people who are sad dont always need the “it gets better talk”
sometimes people just want to hear “you are sad, you are trying your best, and it’s okay. you’re okay and you’re alive and that’s a big accomplishment”
because i know for myself unconditional optimism gets really fucking annoying. sometimes i just want to be sad and have it be okay that im sad.
don’t make me feel weirder than i already do in my own skin.

Well I just pulled about eight eyelashes. Maybe seven.
But my pulling is so much different now. Its controlled. I stopped and I know I pulled. I know it will take a little bit longer for my lashes to even out now. But I am not sad. I will not cry. I feel little regret.
Because I am NOT perfect....

i have to stuff over 300 envelopes at work. the envelopes have given me two papercuts in the last 20 minutes. on the same spot. REALLY??? Ef you envelope....
