Iām all for going about queerness with the goal of not being able to be understood by outsiders but like. youāve GOT to be normal about aro & ace people if you do. you canāt go on about being confusing to cishets for fun and then complain about ace & aro people who go about sex and romance and attraction in ways that donāt make sense to you.
supporting queerness that confuses others should include queerness that confuses YOU too even if youāre queer yourself.

a short selection of concepts and phrases that used to be commonplace in fandom and weād really benefit from making that a thing again:
NOTP: the opposite of an OTP (One True Pairing). It is a ship a fan strongly dislikes. The word is a portmanteau of ānoā and āOTPā and thus is not a contraction of any particular phrase.
Squick: anything that is a deep-seated, visceral turn-off. Squicks may be shared by many fans or be specific to one; one personās kink may be another personās squick.
YKINMKATO, or kink-tomato: Your Kink Is Not My Kink, And Thatās Okay: used to indicate support for fannish diversity and to distinguish between disapproval or kink shaming and simply having different taste.
DLDR: Donāt Like, Donāt Read: a phrase used to warn against complaints about an aspect of fic or meta. A ālive and let liveā philosophy of fandom, which places the responsability for avoiding content one doesnāt want to see on the side of the fanwork consumer, rather that on the creatorās.
SALS: Ship And Let Ship: similar to the above specifically about shipping tastes.
YMMV: Your Mileage May Vary: a phrase used to acknowledge that any given individualās personal opinion on the topic at hand may differ due to their own tastes, standards, values, experiences, etc.
As the OP points out, all of these crucially imply no moral judgment of what theyāre designing.

it was just announced that Kazuki Takahashi, author of the Yugioh manga and creator of that entire franchise, has passed away
this is a tragedy, but let it be said that Takahashi is an absolute legend. few people have shaped modern card game culture like he has. that alone would be incredible, but Yugioh itself as a series is incredible, too. this is devastating
Thank for you sharing the joy and adventure on bringing Yugioh to life to many people all over the world, from childhoods to adulthood, even growing up along side with the Manga as we age.
It truly shows how much passion you pour out and showing people that spreading joy and making friendships along the may truly means to us.
What it truly means to me.
Thank you for all that you've done to make my childhood and many others better and greater with your story telling, and the amazing talents of your artwork that you've shared.
