Aww. My psych is pulling through for me. I emailed him like "fine, can you hook me up with a therapist?" And he was like "YIPPEE!"

... And then I never called the number he gave me. He was like "would you do it if they emailed you?" And I was like, "I guess." So the therapist he wants me to see agreed to communicate/ set up patient info over email only even though that's not their normal practice bc I'm so (muffled screaming) right now.
