Some digital art I did when I was first figuring it out, thought I should post here

Cat-Avengers (Catvengers?) the OG avengers, I have some more but they don’t all fit on one post and I wanted to keep the original avengers together

As I’ve been taking the time to redo old art I thought I’d go back to these guys! I’ve also included Hawkeye and Black Widow (which I forgot/wasn’t able to do originally) as well as some others.

I wanted to make my own wallpaper for my phone and this is the end result! Loki’s snake symbol in gold on a green background, I’m actually really proud of myself and anyone who wants to use this has my permission ☺️

I was never 100% happy with this, partly due to the program I used and partly due to some of the shortcuts I took when I made it originally (would rather not have but otherwise wouldn’t have been able to finish without said shortcuts)

I took the time (now that I have it) to redraw this and I can honestly say that I am much happier with the new version :)

I messed up the background and made myself sad, then decided to do this digitally instead

I got a little impatient at the end, so I may go back and add more details at some point, but for now I’m quite proud of how this turned out ☺️

1. I’m still alive, my life has been a shitshow and apparently, according to my doctor, constantly having something big going on is not normal (these things also happen to overlap like crazy) my mental health took a hit so I was focused on that but I’m back, at least for a little bit though probably not to the extent that I was before :/

And

2. I decided to redo this piece, the original digital version was done using my phone and the free Sketchbook app, now I have an iPad and Apple Pencil and I purchased Procreate (best decision ever!!)

I also have better knowledge and ability to apply said knowledge and I really like how this has turned out so far

(Might work a bit more on it later but I’m really proud of it and wanted to share, I’ve put about 10 hours of work into it and totally got into the zone while working on it)

My life is honestly the definition of chaos and has been as long as I can remember, and according to my doctor, that is not normal. I ended up moving and didn’t have proper internet for way too long- so that’s why I haven’t been around, I’m glad you remember me ☺️

And the lack of clothing on Loki is because I wanted to draw the Jötunn markings and so he goes shirtless 😅

So… my mom and I are going to be behind on rent about 150$ for the month of October 2020 according to our budget planning and thats still with almost no grocery budget to speak of. We’ve been doing okay with church donations but.. not really with rent, which is 950 a month.. with debts, insurance, food and other bills atop that. Our combined monthly income is just not enough- and as of august they cut my mom’s social security payments from 240 to 22 and they won’t tell her why. In short, we’re a small family that cant afford to pay rent or buy regular groceries and.. we could use help. Just a few dollars would be great and if not, reblogging this would be great too.   I’ve said this before and I’ll point it out again - 

Menstruation is caused by change in hormonal levels to stop the creation of a uterine lining and encourage the body to flush the lining out. The body does this by lowering estrogen levels and raising testosterone. 

Or, to put it more plainly “That time of the month” is when female hormones most closely resemble male hormones. So if (cis) women aren’t suited to office at “That time of the month” then (cis) men are NEVER suited to office.

If you are a dude and don’t dig the ladies around you at their time of the month, just think! That is you all of the time. 

And, on a final note, post-menopausal (cis) women are the most hormonally stable of all human demographics. They have fewer hormonal fluctuations of anyone, meaning older women like Hilary Clinton and Elizabeth Warren would theoretically be among the least likely candidates to make an irrational decision due to hormonal fluctuations, and if we were basing our leadership decisions on hormone levels, then only women over fifty should ever be allowed to hold office.
