i don’t lose weight anymore i am stuck at 57,5kg for 4 days now. I ate 500-600calories and did 10k steps everyday also drank 2-3 liters water. I am not on my period and i am not going to get my period , i didn’t eat salt and didn’t had stress so its not water weight pls help me what can i do i need the number to drop😭🙏🏻🙏🏻
