I have no idea what the story of this anime is, and it’s pretty obvious who the protag is, but I’m gonna add character to the girls to the left with no face

For those of you who do furry art. When do you tend to add the tail?

basically depends on how involved it is in the pose. Usually it’s just kinda there so it gets placed close to last, wherever there’s room. sometimes the tail might be used as a limb or for physical balancing, and then I’ll draw it earlier with the rest of the major components of the body since their positions will affect each other.
