I love how the picture implies you can’t cut food into smaller portions. We’re eating entire cows now.

I still think that it’s crazy that anti-depressants only work for 20% of people and we promote people to take them like crazy while encouraging someone to improve their diet, exercise, and mindset is not promoted near as much even though exercising 30m a day twice a week is the equivalent to taking medications.

Kind of glad I didn’t start taking meds my doctor though I should take to fix my depression and instead starting going outside and eating less processed food. I don’t think I’ve been depressed in like four months now which is 1000% better than how I was last year.
