Things that must happen in a cliché SNSD fanfic:

Late for your first day of school? Don’t worry, you’ll end up bumping with the love of your life.
After that, someone is taken to the school’s infirmary (Tiffany mostly)
Talking about that, Tiffany is so damn clumsy, it makes you wonder how in the world she manages to survive daily life.
Someone is always a musically gifted child who stopped playing due to a tragic past, that tragic past involves the death of a loved one (most of the time it’s Yuri).
Jessica is an ice cold bitch who sleeps in every goddamn class.
And she doesn’t have ANY friends…besides Tiffany.
Sooyoung/Yuri/Taeyeon are always the richest, most popular, most important people, the most desired, etc., and in some cases, they even have a dick.
Also, they been friends since diapers.
Main Pairing were childhood frans (when they first fall in love), separated for the longest time, then meet and fall in love again.
Someone is always heiress of an important businessman in korea or their parents just happen to own like 94.5% of the country.
Hospital scenes anyone? Memory loss did you say?
Let’s not forget about the horror movies. Remember, Jessica and Tiffany are hella scared of them, bring in the fanservice!
Be sure to abuse the word midget to refer to Taeyeon or/and Sunny.
Sooyoung must be eating 24/7 and be called a giant.
Every time one SNSD member thinks the other one it’s cute, they must deny it completely by saying “why did I say that? *insert SNSD member here* it’s not cute, I’m not falling for her”
Hyoyeon barely has any importance to the plot/is never there, all she knows is how to dance.
Seohyun is a pure innocent soul, obsessed with keroro and who can’t be tainted by any mortals hands.
Suddenly “lolheykid she’s your fiancée”!!
Taeng the dork byuntae, watchin’ all dem buttz lol.
Main pairing just happens to be roommates.
Best friends of main pairing are also roommates.
In option B, Best friend is paired up as roommate with protagonist’s love interest.
Main couple always starts with the wrong foot/are enemies/don’t get along, etc.
Everyone is ghey but written as if they’re hetero, as Taeyeon/Yuri/YoonA/Sooyoung will always be the “husbands” and Tiffany/Jessica/Seohyun/Sunny the “wives”. Hyoyeon is either absent or the asexual dancing robot.
If it isn’t set in highschool, then it’s set in a wealthy company where main character is the CEO.
If Yuri isn’t the tall, dark handsome stranger on a motorcycle then she’s the wealthy genius, orphaned at a young age due to some terrible tragic accident.
