ok hey hi im rewatching fight club and i remembered you said the thing about it being set on delaware i think the book is set there but the movie isnt because when the narrator and tyler are hitting cars the narrator says theres a fc up in delaware 🤔 im not good with usa geography though i think it adds to the book because who the fuck even remembers delaware exists i think Everyone there is one of gods unwanted children id be mad af too if i was born there

HI!! when i said the movie is set in delaware i mostly meant it was implied its set there but never actually stated. i dont think the book is explicitly in delaware either.... (havent read it in awhile though Correct me if im wrong)

the only example of this thats coming to mind rn is this line from the script that didnt make it into the movie (wilmington is a city in delaware)

pretty sure there are details that actually made it into the movie related to delaware but i cant think of any rn.... and also in one of the dvd commentarys they talked about it being vaguely set in delaware... i think
