Practicing eye work. The first two I use the website listed below to follow step by step instructions. The third and final eye attempt I watched a quick YouTube video to watch a scribble technique, I need to work with it a little more but for a first a tempt I'm not disapointed. The imagery brought to mind is of old things I once loved, needed as a child. Slowly as time moved on I was taught how to let go and say good bye because I learned good bye didn’t mean I had to forget. Letting go didn’t have to mean childhood was over and getting older wasn’t the end. More friends would come and new memories could be made.

To judge another is to boast of your understanding of their reasoning, to condem or forgive the actions of another. This was not meant to be our place. To try to understand and truly help someone no matter their actions is compassion. To get them the help they need. If only we could pass less judgement along and instead give a little compassion this world might be a better place.

Do no evil

Do no harm. Simple, and yet we manage to find ways to muddle it; to take black or white and gray things up to such an ambiguous point that our once shining white armor has become tarnished and we are then masked in shadows. We are noticed only by those who fear us because in the light we are unnoticed, a used meaningless symbol once adored, our presence now a numbing hum amidst the noise.
