Don’t give up on yourself. Your body is worth the exercise. You are worth every rep, and every bead of sweat. And you deserve happiness and success and you have the potential to go beyond anything you’ve ever dreamed of. It might not feel like it, but the truth is, it’s inside of you!
Anyone can workout for an hour. But to control what goes on your plate the other 23 hours, that’s hard work.
1: never paint your nails the day something important is happening 2: color coding your notes in class makes studying 10 times easier 3: never lend things to people you barely know because you’ll rarely get it back 4: if someone is being rude to you, be rude right back to them. don’t let anyone think they can push you around. 5: if you believe you are beautiful, it doesn’t matter what anyone else believes 6: it’s better to be complimented on your personality than on your physical appearance
