Fundraising on tumblr is survival. When tumblr deletes the blogs of people in Gaza, that is participation in genocide. It is unconscionable.

My friend Fadel's account has been banned again yesterday. He is extremely sad and exhausted at this treatment. Fadel's new blog is @fadell-aldany. Please follow him there and send him a message of encouragement. He has been on tumblr for years and has lost all of his connections.

He has been repeatedly hospitalized this month because his blood count is so low from going too long without his blood medication and proper nutrition. He desperately needs funds, and he cannot raise them if no one finds his blog. Fadel's campaign (gazavetters #197) is hosted by a friend of mine. I am texting with Fadel right now as I type this, and I personally can confirm that this new account is really him.

Yesterday, I almost lost my mother 😔💔

I don’t know how many more times I can come here and ask for help. Every post I write comes with tears, because my mother’s life is all I can think about.

Yesterday, her condition became much worse , I can’t stop replaying those terrifying moments in my mind. Standing beside her hospital bed, watching her struggle, feeling completely powerless… it’s a pain I can’t put into words. The doctors told us she urgently needs this heart procedure, but we’re still waiting because we don’t have the money.😔

We’re only $600 away from the urgent heart procedure she needs. Such a small number to some people, yet for us it feels like the distance between hope and despair.💔

If your mother were the one in that hospital bed, you wouldn’t stop fighting for her not for a second. That’s exactly what I’m doing now.💔😔

She just showed up at her sister’s job and interrupted her, because she wanted her sister to help take on the responsibility of a man that abused and neglected her. Simone asked her to wait until her busy work day was over, and Devon still decided to show up at a private function as mock the event that she crashed loud enough to interrupt it, and further put her sisters job in jeopardy. And Simone asked her employer/friend, with the financial power, to give her sister the money she would need to care for their father and not have to involve herself directly with said abuser, and also get her sister away from her as she clearly had no respect for her as an adult with a job.
