It's 2025 and people still don't understand that by "strong female character" it's supposed to be her characterization that's strong, it's not about being literally strong.

Arguably a 1950s housewife could be more of a strong female character than a Brooding Rebel Badass Assassin Girl if the former is written with care and thought into her perspective and plays an direct role in the progression of the story and the latter is written with the depth of a cardboard cutout and things just happen around her without any real input on her part.
