There’s some days that I feel I’m not appreciative enough of my job. Today’s one of those days. Spent two extra days in San Juan after work back in August, and it was pretty much amazing. Everyone needs time to destress. Luckily I have a plethora of locations to choose from.

We bought pumpkin spice gluten-free soup crackers tonight & it’s going to be the highlight of tomorrow’s date night asado. I’ve been redefining my (much healthier) relationship with food, and I can’t describe what it’s like to be able to eat rice crackers.

And eating pizza & beer in Rome in November. That too, will be fucking amazing.

I had a flight to Buenos Aires booked for yesterday, until Thursday. I had to cancel the flight, & put the alfajores on hold. But it's okay. That means all is great in the work world & to be honest, I'll be drunk off pisco sours this time in two weeks. 👌🏼 Ps. I weighed in weighing less than I did when I went to Chile this time two years ago! It's only taken me TWO YEARS to get there. FFS. But seriously, my cousin introduced me to the best. system. ever. & I'm obsessed.
