Meet finaly Albus! My dollzone nana on a rory dollzone body! He’s just breathtaking 😭❤️ i mess up his sweater a bit cause aim not use of his size yet but overall he’s not naked anymore so it’s something xD

@rakeru_sensei sensei did an amazing job as always with him (sadly my clumsiness chip his chin a bit 😭) there is no words to say how much i adore him!!! I want so many clothes for him damnit!

I knitted that jumper ages ago and I hated it. It was looking so bad. But back then I had no real knowledge about knitting and I didn’t block any of the jumpers i did back then! As i was going through my statch of clothes to see what to keep or not I realized a lot of those jumpers could severely improve once blocked properly and this one really got a glow up xD

Rowen is modeling it even tho it’s not really her colors xD but im too lazy to strip Rin right now!

How do you block a doll sweater?

The blocking really helped the knit gage to look more chunky yet fitted instead of the ugly blob it was before xD im always dubious about read head and pastels but with filters it doesnt look so bad I think 😳

To block it I use a coark board push pins and a soeay of water with a tiny bit of wool soap in it and let it dry in the shape I want over night 🤔

Rin <3 I ordered new eyes and wig for her! Pastel pink medium length wavy for her wig and golden eyes.

I wont get the eyes before next year I think but the wig might arrive next month, I hope? For now she's lovely ç_ç

I knitted that cardigan entirely in lace but with baby merino. It was my first time knitting lace I didn’t made a sample didn’t have a pattern so I let you imagine how well it got xD buuuuut with a lot of blocking and arrangement while taking the pic it does look ok!

Same for the dress! I sew that one last year with a very very complicated fabric (but so pretty 🤩) made the pattern on the go and it was… special let say! All in all it’s a good look for spring I feel! Flowers blooming but still cold! Spring is my favorite season so far! Especially for bjd clothes!

Ofc Rowen looks lovely even if she’s more a Autumn/winter girl in my opinion! Rin will portray srping and summer better but Im still waiting for her wig 😭

Im very very proud of this cardigan. It was a huge gamble for I was testing a new construction pattern, a new colorwork pattern on 1mm needles zD

I had to undo the collar several times, learned many new technique on the go… it was quite the adventure and then … it wasn’t fitting Rowen body well 💀💀💀

It fits Rin but the color don’t suits her at all (i had to swipe wig for the pics to work xD)

It’s still something I learned a lot from and it does look well finished mostly.

So all in all Im not disappointed of the 50 hours knitting and sewing I put into this. But i think for my next project I will tackle something less ambitious and risky tho xD

Showing off my grail. Rowen, a minifee Chloe. Super mainstream doll but the Chloe sculpt always had been something I wanted. She just hit all the right spot for me! 🤣

I ordered a new body for her tho cause I hate minifee bodys. Only good thing about those is the easy to remove hand feet and head. The rest meh. She's going yo get a dreamvalley msd body soon I hope cause I ordered it like in october alreqdy xD but well Dollzone and Dreamvalley are not known for being quick xD

I’m so so proud of this jumper! It was a hell to knit tho! The fiber was very dry and kept getting stuck on the needles! For such a simple pattern it was insane how hard it was! I used Diablo from Hobii as the main yarn and never again. It’s manageable for accent or secondary color but nothing more xD it was cheap tho. 3 euro a ball? Good bargain xD
