I’m pretty sick of anti recovery bullshit. I wanna get better. I’m tired of my depression and anxiety and executive dysfunction. Give me meds and take me to therapy. Teach me to prevent meltdowns. Teach me how to talk nicely to myself. Teach me how to cope with my trauma. Being depressed and not doing anything about it isn’t what I want. It’s not cool or hip or funny or in just because a lot of people on tumblr do it.
