“Show you around Toshima? You still wanna be here? There’s nothing to see … everything’s in ruins. But I guess at night, you can look up at the sky and see some pretty nice stars. The entire city is shut down so there’s no light pollution here and the sky is crystal clear.”

Compliment is brushed off… as always. "There’s nothing at all here?” Well, the entire place did seem more than just a little run-down. But– “Oh, stars? Do you like them or find them interesting or something?”

"Yea. There's nothin' really interesting about them or anything. I just ... like the way they look, you know? I guess they brings back happier moments too..." Of when he and his friends all used to stargaze up at the sky together.

“Ehh, really ~ ? Pfff, yea right ~” He laughs it off and then his smile twists into an amused one. He then tucks both arms behind his head and laughs again.

“Heh, don’t be a wiseass. The name’s Rin ~ And who’re you?”

Oh, did he not believe him? Well, of course no one would, but oh well. "You can call me Ruka. Or Mr. Hero~ Nice to meet ya, Rin.” A pause. “So, umm… think you can show me around here?”

"Likewise, hottie." He winks at him.

"Show you around Toshima? You still wanna be here? There's nothing to see ... everything's in ruins. But I guess at night, you can look up at the sky and see some pretty nice stars. The entire city is shut down so there's no light pollution here and the sky is crystal clear."

“Eh ~ ? You’re a what? Is that your ego talkin’ ~ ?” He taunts a bit before waving it off. “Oh, it’s nothing!” He giggles while skipping closer to the male, clinging to his arm.

“Anyways, got a name, tall, blond and handsome?”

"Nope. It’s all true.” Lies. Rin’s behavior seemed… strange. It’s like he kept switching between two personalities, but when Ruka’s arm was suddenly clung to, he would then just casually slip it out. He could do without clinginess from strangers.

“Naturally. Do you?” He wanted to get his name first.

"Ehh, really ~ ? Pfff, yea right ~" He laughs it off and then his smile twists into an amused one. He then tucks both arms behind his head and laughs again.

"Heh, don't be a wiseass. The name's Rin ~ And who're you?"

“Yup!”

“…….It is. But anyways! You better watch yourself here, newbie. Some guys around are like a pack of wild animals. Even if you’re not involved in the game, you might be targeted. The executioners for one are pretty dangerous. And … HIM….” Rin’s expression darkens at the last name.

Huh… that was… odd. Did he hear a pause? On top of that, ‘executioners’ sounded like a pretty powerful name. Still– “Thanks for your concern, but I can handle myself~ I’m an invulnerable hero, so nothing can kill me."

Then he blinks. ”…Him?“ Whoever that was, the guy didn’t seem to be on good terms with him.

"Eh ~ ? You're a what? Is that your ego talkin' ~ ?" He taunts a bit before waving it off. "Oh, it's nothing!" He giggles while skipping closer to the male, clinging to his arm.

"Anyways, got a name, tall, blond and handsome?"

“A girl?” Rin giggles as he shakes his head. “Sorry, but I’m packin’. I have a you - know - what ~ !” He winks but becomes more serious for a moment.

“Me? Eh, I got my reasons. I gotta set things right … tie up some loose ends. You know how it goes.“

“…Really?” Oh, so he was a guy? Wow… alright. Now that he brought it up, he did seem a bit too… unrefined to be an actual girl.

“That sounds complicated. Is it really worth risking your life over?”

"A girl?" Rin giggles as he shakes his head. "Sorry, but I'm packin'. I have a you - know - what ~ !" He winks but becomes more serious for a moment.
