request: Okay so hybrid lynx!Lance getting to play in the snow for the first time with puppy!Mick who loves the snow but gets cold easily. Being warmed up by both Lance and snow leopard!reader. And Lance just being extremely excited and goofy about things with both of you. Have fun with it and you can change anything to help better with ideas.

lance is so excited the first time he gets to join you and mick for winter break
i think maybe he would’ve recently joined your relationship, so you and mick are used to your snow routine, but lance is so excited to join in?
you + lance are so much more accustomed to the cold temperatures
lance is pouncing around and burying himself in the snow and having the time of his life
you might do the same thing, or maybe you spent the time making snow leopard-angels or drawing on the fresh snow
and mick … mick is the most clumsy puppy in the snow you’ve ever seen
he’s trying to keep up with you two!! and he does a remarkably good job for a species/breed that is not designed for cold weather
he definitely trips over snow a few times
mick loves tunneling under the snow with lance and making little dens with you
he gets up to the surface again and does that lil shake to get the snowflakes out of his hair
honestly you and lance probably have to drag mick out of the snow
he loves it so much because its so fun and he loves seeing his boyfriends in their element!!
but also his lips are turning blue and he’s shivering so maybe a break is a good idea
lance absolutely takes over hot chocolate making in your house
he has the recipe perfected okay?
the three of you will curl up on a nice comfy makeshift-den in front of the fireplace, with mick being sandwiched in the middle to help him warm up faster
he’ll definitely be asking to go straight back outside as soon as he feels better
even if you and lance insist on bundling him up
oooh you and lance taking turns pulling mick around on a sled so he can still be involved without having to actually get in the snow
making snowmen but with animal ears and tails
mildly unrelated but you definitely wear the most obnoxious winter sweaters ever
you guys tried being aesthetic one year and immediately missed the colors and whimsy
snowball fights!!

he has better hand-eye coordination than either you or lance
you need a very very good snow barrier or a very very thick tree to hide behind
by the time the sun starts to set (at about three pm, logically), mick is shivering and turning blue again
so you and lance herd him back inside for more cuddles
mick might get a little pouty that he can’t keep up with the two of you in the snow
but you just gotta remind him that there are plenty of things he as a dog hybrid is better at than snow leopard + lynx hybrids
and reminding him that he’s wayyyyyy less miserable in hot weather than the two of you are

and then you get to officially welcome lance into your winter holiday traditions by cuddling up together in bed with mugs of hot chocolate and watch home alone!

younger brother of another driver reader! who’s kept out of the f1 world and has never appeared on the paddock suddenly comes as a guest and driver! doesn’t recognize him and begins flirting with him making reader! bashful and giddy as he had a huge crush on driver! during his older brother’s karting days then suddenly readers driver older brother see’s them together and says “I see you’ve already reconnected with my little brother” which makes drivers! eyes bulge out in realization and it’s a whole “when did you get hot?” (like the song by sabrina carpenter) situation

he’s spent years in motorsports being told that he can barely eat anything because he’s too tall
and any food intake over the bare minimum puts him at risk of being a weight hazard
which you think is bullshit. obviously. your boy’s already so skinny and—while you love him no matter what he looks like—you would absolutely prefer that he didn’t limit his intake so much
este thinks its sweet that you’re worried about him
and he genuinely nearly cries if you argue with his trainer/dietician/whoever to get them to let him eat his ‘cheat’ foods on special occasions
like his birthday! when you found out he wasn’t supposed to eat cake on his birthday, you were on the phone to his team principal so fast
anyway, este is very happy to send before + after pictures of his food
especially because he knows you will 100% be searching for recipes if he mentions that he liked whatever it was he was eating
even if most of his meals are salad-based or otherwise pretty low in calories (which you’re still happy to fight his team over), you’re glad that he is actually eating and he does tend to finish his meals
you just gotta make sure he gets plenty of good, filling food over the season break

so has generally been advised to watch his eating more than a lot of other drivers have
but honestly his main issue is that he just. forgets to eat
half because he’s always so invested in whatever he’s doing that he kind of forgets about everything else
half because he’s been sort of rationing his intake for a few years and so he’s not super good at recognising hunger cues anymore
if left to his own devices you might end up messaging him at like 3pm only to find out that he hasn’t eaten yet
not deliberately! he was caught up in whatever he was doing and didn’t remember that he needed to eat
you don’t usually need to ask for before/after pictures of his meals because ollie has very little problem with eating when he remembers to
he will often send you before pictures anyway either because he’s proud of whatever he made for himself or because he thinks the food he bought/was given by his team is plated really nicely
you do, however, need to remind him to eat at least twice times a day
you guys almost always share one meal a day together, even if it’s over facetime because it’s often the only times you’re not in the middle of something else
but you gotta remind him to eat more than just that one time
he’s tried setting alarms for himself but his schedule is so fluid in f1 that there’s never a guaranteed time that will work every day
so … he gets boyfriend reminders instead!

a little bit of both of the above problems
not so much height restricted, but mercedes had pretty strict expectations of him in terms of his weight
he had to always be under a specific point in fear of losing his seat if he was too heavy
it fucked up his relationship with food pretty badly
when the two of you get together and you find out about his eating issues, you’re … very concerned
and also extremely angry at mercedes
val is such a sweetheart and it makes you so mad that they would do that to him
but anyway
he doesn’t necessarily forget to eat, but he does kind of subconsciously avoid it until he’s confronted on it
you reminding him to eat (especially after he’s left mercedes and has less pressure on his weight) helps get around that
if you’re there with him, you’ll eat together. i think it’d help him to see somebody else eating a healthy portion at the same time as him—even if you’re not eating the same dish
if you’re not together or you can’t eat very much yourself (whether it be mental health, sensory, allergy, or gi-related), maybe you get him to show you the before + after pictures of the meal and then ask for a food review
it takes the pressure out of eating a little bit + encourages him to actively search out food he thinks he might like so he can give you a good review
might even have a special text/email chain with you specifically for his foodblogging purposes

Got invited to 2 bday parties this week and I'm excited to be in the point in life where that's a thing againif that makes sense???

The 'throuple' friend group is having a movie night sleepover tomorrow and I'm excited and I'm meeting up w/ some old friends at some point to drink a bit and they've all gotten pretty okay with me rambling about my current hyperfixation esp when drunkso I'm making a google doc so I don't just randomly start yapping about f1 to people mostly studying medical stuff or linguistics. (Not that I'm any better but yknow...)
Also in a similar vein- decided to check if I can get a job in motorsport adjacent fields after collegeand the only thing popping up is either health team somehow or doping control.
Which.... ehhhh we'll see if my mental health is strong enough to even last through college.
(Been *kind of* flirting with the idea of going into journalism but then I realised that my country has never had any journalists anywhere near the paddock so currently I'm pissed at the commentators cuz they know jack shit about the sport and speak OVER THE RADIO MESSAGES????
Anyway. Yeah; delusional in my belief that I'd be better at that purely cuz I kno what's going on and I wouldn't randomly trail off topic (+ their blatant favoritism is.... annoying at best.
